Born in India, Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi joined the Pepsi company in 1994 and was named CEO in 2001. She is ranked as one of the most powerful women in business and ranked in Forbes as one of the World's 100 Most Powerful Women. She studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, earning her Bachelor's Degree. She went on to get her MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She began her career in India by having many product manager positions at Johnson and Johnson, but not long after she got accepted into Yale School of Management and earned her Masters in Public and Private Management. From Yale, she has completed a number of internships and jobs that has lead her to her current position of the Pepsi Company. She is currently worth $18.6 million with a salary of 1.6 million, a performance-base bonus of $4 million, with many more million dollar earnings for the year.
